Roslyn Schlupp, ACS, FLMI, SPHR is the senior partner in charge of human Resources for 1080 Teles.

Ms. Schlupp is Vice President of Human Resources and Development for Franchise Venture Associates, LLC, which provides consulting, sales, and development assistance to growing franchise companies seeking to expand and reach critical mass. Roslyn has more than fifteen years of diverse human resource experience

Prior to joining the team, Ms. Schlupp served as Director of Corporate Benefits and Compensation for the Dorman Corporation. Prior to Dorman, Ms. Schlupp served as Senior Client Relationship Manager for BISYS Plan Services. In this role, she was responsible for developing strategic partner relationships for American Funds mid-market clients.  Ms. Schlupp also held a Consultant position for five years with Towers Perrin where she served as consultant and technical advisor to Towers pharmaceutical client senior management team; assisting with the external outsourcing of their Benefits and HR functions.  

Ms. Schlupp received her certification and formal education from the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), American College and Villanova University.
